Jeremy LongAdministrator

Jeremy Long has worked in the Long-term Care field for a total of 10 years with the past 5 being in the role of Administrator. Throughout his career in long-term care, Jeremy has worked in many capacities: Maintenance, Dietary, Activities, Medical Records, Business Office, Payroll and Admissions. Jeremy received his Bachelors of Science in Long-term Care Administration in 2009 from Shawnee State University.

Amber Frum, RNDirector of Nursing
Amber has worked in Long-term Care for 16 years and spent the last 8 in the role of DON.  Over the years, she has worked in many capacities: STNA, LPN charge nurse, Staff Development, Nurse Aide Trainer, Unit Manager, ADON, and DON.  Amber received her LPN certificate from Buckeye Hills Career Center in 1999, her Associates in Nursing in 2004 from University of Rio Grande and Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2006 from University of Rio Grande.  Amber is Wound Care Certified, AANAC certified, AANEX (nurse executive) certified. 
Rachel HarveyAdmissions Coordinator
 
Rachel is a 2014 graduate from the University of Rio Grande where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Management. She is currently working on her Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis. Rachel has previously worked in behavioral health.
Ellie VarneyHR Manager
Ellie Varney is a graduate of Rio Grande University with a BFA and Associates Degree in Teaching. Ellie has been with Abbyshire Place for over 5 years. She began her career with Abbyshire as a State Tested Nursing Aide and worked in Central Supply. Ellie was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2009.
Dave BevanBusiness Office Coordinator
Dave Bevan brings 9 years experience as Area Director of healthcare accounts receivable to the Abbyshire team. Dave also has 6 years experience as a Field Accountant of healthcare accounts receivable and 6 years experience as a Business Office Manager in long-term care. Dave has more then 2 years experience in healthcare auditing. He holds an Associates Degree in business management and accounting from Gallipolis Business College and further course work from Rio Grande University.

Denise graduated from Hannan Trace High School (South Gallia) and completed general courses at the Rio Grande University. Denise has 27 years of long term care experience; she began as a dietary aide working into the position of dietary manager and then to the director social services.
